1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using triplegpro.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Triple G Lawncare & Landscaping LLC ("Triple G," "we," "us," or "our").

All estimates and quotes provided through the Site or by our team are for informational purposes and are non-binding until confirmed in writing by Triple G. Final pricing may vary based on on-site conditions, scope changes, materials, and other factors. Estimates remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Services & Scheduling

Service availability, scheduling, and delivery are subject to weather, seasonality, crew availability, and supply factors. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

5. Payment

Payment terms, deposits, and accepted payment methods are set forth in your individual service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional charges permitted by law.

6. Cancellations & Changes

To cancel or reschedule a scheduled service, please contact us as early as possible so we can adjust our crews. Cancellation terms for projects may be specified in your service agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Triple G or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute this content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triple G shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in connection with the matter giving rise to the claim.
